Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor $30-$50/hour | Full Benefits | Family-Owned Manufacturing Company

We're partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company seeking a Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team while remaining actively involved on the plant floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, mentoring technicians, and making an immediate impact in a close-knit, team-oriented environment.


What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside the maintenance team in daily plant operations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
• Train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Work closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and industrial machinery.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to remain hands-on and lead by example.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-$50/hour , based on experience.
