Recruiter for 3-6 month project

We are seeking a dynamic, project-focused Recruiter for a 3-6 month contract. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Recruiting with a Bachelor's Degree. 

salary: $31 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in sourcing talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to build and promote compelling value propositions. Utilize diverse channels—including LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and internal networking—to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of a candidate, including reviewing resumes, screening for required competencies, and scheduling interviews with stakeholders.
