Experience Data Analyst (Level 3) – Assembly Advisement Team Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) Training and Compliance is hiring an Experience Data Analyst (Level 3) to support the Assembly Advisement Team at the Skill Enhancement Center. The position will be located in Everett, Washington. Position Responsibilities Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyze and interpret data Provide feedback on assessment results Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Implement strategies and plans at the appropriate organizational level Work under general direction Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis Proficiency with MS Office applications 1+ years of experience working in cross‑functional teams 1+ years of experience with process analysis, development, and improvement Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships and proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience and proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills Manufacturing experience in Mechanical, Fluids/Pneumatics, Electrical Integration, Composites Fabrication or Composites Assembly Shift This role is primarily 1st shift, with additional shift requirements possible to support program objectives.
