Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position serving a geriatric population with required BLS and recent home health experience.

Details

• Home health setting providing care to geriatric patients
• Covers up to a 60-mile radius from the office hub
• Average daily caseload of 5-7 patients
• Work schedule is day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call required every 3rd to 4th weekend
• Uses HCHB for charting; experience with this system is required
• OASIS experience required, especially for SOC clinicians
• iPad provided for documentation
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Requirements

• Current license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Proven experience working with geriatric patients
• Experience with OASIS and HCHB required
• Flexibility to cover a large territory is expected
• Proof of vehicle insurance required
