You must always engage with guests in a friendly, humble and genuine manner. This could include learning guest's favorite McDonald's items, asking them how their day has been going, helping them place an order on our kiosks and provide assistance as needed.Take, assemble and deliver orders quickly, accurately, neatly and within the service experience time that Snay Family Restaurants provides and our guests expect.Prepare gold-standard quality products for our guests and adhere to all food safety procedures and quality standards. If it's not right, don't serve it.Work as a team with your fellow Snay Family co-workers to meet the goals and most importantly, have fun!Being empowered to make it right for our guests.
