Demand Planner

Demand PlannerOur client is hiring a Demand Planner to join its Charlotte-based supply chain team. This person will support the aftermarket business by managing demand forecasts, inventory planning, and supply planning for an assigned product portfolio.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, forecasting product demand, improving planning accuracy, and partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, production planning, and supply chain teams.Key responsibilities include:Build and manage forecasts for assigned SKUs, product lines, and channelsSupport demand planning, supply planning, and inventory coordinationAnalyze sales trends, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and product movementWork with internal teams to identify risks, gaps, and planning improvementsHelp reduce excess or slow-moving inventorySupport S&OP / IBP planning processesUse planning systems, ERP tools, Excel, and data analysis to guide decisionsThis is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC.The expected base salary range is $75,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.This is a strong opportunity for a Demand Planner who wants broader supply chain exposure beyond forecasting alone.
