Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required only if obtained license on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent

• 40 hours per week
• Call not required
• Weekend coverage not required

Tillamook sits on Oregon’s North Coast, about 10 miles from Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint and about 25 miles from Oswald West State Park. The city is near Tillamook Bay and the Three Capes Scenic Loop, offering access to beaches, hiking trails, and coastal viewpoints within a short drive. Travelers can explore the Tillamook Creamery and the Tillamook Air Museum, two local landmarks that reflect the area’s agricultural and aviation history. The community has a coastal, small-town setting and is about 75 miles west of Portland, making weekend trips to a major urban center possible.
