As a Human Resources (HR) Generalist, you will support the Director of HR Services with workforce needs within International and Emerging Markets, global liaison work and projects, global employment solutions, and the Enterprise Out of State process. In this role, you will provide HR Generalist support, offering guidance and direction to management across a broad range of HR functions while serving as a program manager for one or more HR-specific programs. You will support employee relations, compensation, performance management and development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.In addition to building expertise in HR Services, this role offers unique exposure to global HR operations, international employment arrangements, and cross-border workforce support. You will partner with colleagues across our global Caregiver Offices, gaining valuable insight into how HR practices are applied across different countries and cultures while broadening your HR acumen, strengthening your global business perspective, and building relationships that support continued career growth.A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The position will be located at CCAC but will require travel to main campus.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Dedicate at least 25% of time serving as the program manager for one or more HR related programs requiring such dedication.Will be responsible for daily program management, defining the program's governance (controls), monitoring its progress, managing the budget, as well as its risks and issues taking corrective measures as necessary.Under the direction of the Director HR Services, support the HR strategic plan and established Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for the assigned areas.Act as a confidential advisor on performance management, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, right of reviews and investigations.Interpret and advise on policies and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resource Management to all levels of employees.Conduct employee investigations and make recommendations to business leaders.Provide support in communicating human resources center of excellence (COE) programs and their implementation to all employees.Counsel client groups and facilitate conflict resolutions.Build and maintain relationships with the various human resources center of excellence (COE) partners and ensure communication of programs and their implementation to all employees.Navigate and pull reports from various systems such as Kronos, HRIS (Work Day), My Learning, etc.Analyze HR and business metrics and provide recommendations to the HR Director and leadership.Maintain regulatory knowledge and expertise. Partner with the legal department as needed/requiredSupport regulatory practices to promote fair treatment of employees.Determine development needs of specific segments of the organization and may provide developmental trainings.Provide support in workforce planning to include partnering with talent acquisition and compensation to review requests such as promotions, equity reviews and job reclassifications and providing recommendations to leadership.Support the process for all regulatory/accreditation surveys such as Joint Commission, CMS and ODH.Monitor compliance with organizational initiatives (e.g., compliance modules, flu, engagement, etc.).Serve as a liaison between global Caregiver Offices (Canada, Abu Dhabi and London) to support coordination and alignment of communications, resources and programs; best practice sharing; and project work as needed, helping ensure we operate as one global Caregiver Office.Support coordination and communication for global employment arrangements or cross-country reporting relationships and respective HR Services functions needed to support those arrangements (i.e. APR processes, merit, benefit enrollment, etc.).Oversee Out of State Remote Worker Committee activities including request tracking, review and escalation; data analysis and trend reporting; and process improvement.Other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related fieldFive years of progressive Human Resources experienceTwo years of focused experience with a designated specialty programAbility to build relationships at all levels of the organizationKnowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan developmentDemonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Human Resources certificationProgram Management experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.Personal Protective Equipment:Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education.
