ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assist other Project Managers regarding project management techniques and adherence to scope as well as company policy and proceduresEstablishes and maintains clear and concise communication, leading and initiating problem resolution related to the project scope, identifies needs and constraints of project scope and status availability; Facilitates communication and managing stakeholder(s) expectationsExecutes project requests from practices and department leadership; Serves as an effective liaison between multiple client groups and stakeholders across various levels of managementWorks creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment fostering teamwork, innovation, and excellenceActively leads and participates in meetings and provides meaningful contributions to the drive decision-making and clearly identifies next stepsIndividual Responsibility :Assist in developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersAssist in the annual strategic planning process for the companyEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetEnsure resource availability and allocationManage a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesManage the relationship with the onboarding practice and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with practice team, internal team and with third parties/vendorsFacilitate the change management process for onboarding practicesIdentify opportunities for process improvement across the companyMaintain comprehensive project documentationPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Project Management from an accredited university preferred5-10 years of healthcare IT experience preferredTravel: up to 50% travelPerformance RequirementsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient technical (computer) skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeSelf-motivated initiative
