Mechanical Assembly SpecialistEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInspect assemblies for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments and make adjustments to ensure proper fit and functionUse precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify that parts conform to specified tolerances.Perform complex mechanical assembly and system integration Act as subject matter expert for mechanical systems and processes.Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or product defects, making necessary adjustments to components or processes to resolve them.Lead training programs and skill development.Delegate work and coordinate technician resources.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Support basic business KPI understanding.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.5+ years experience in mechanical assemblyCompensation Information:$21.50 - $22.50/hr
