About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse – North Carolina Start Date: November 30, 2026 Location: North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend rotation (approximately every 5th or 6th weekend) Highlights: - Work in a CARF-accredited, 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit serving patients with neurological diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord dysfunction- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation outcomes- Support patients receiving a minimum of 3 hours of combined therapy services daily- Gain experience with diverse patient populations including amputations, debility from medical conditions, orthopedic fractures, and major trauma cases- Local candidates welcome; first-time travelers encouraged to apply- Quality Indicator (QI) credentialing can be obtained at facility if needed Requirements: - Active North Carolina or Compact State RN license- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required; additional experience preferred- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required- Quality Indicator (QI) credentialing required or willingness to obtain upon hire- Ability to float within the hospital as needed- Must complete required lab work within 72 hours of contract signing- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients recovering from significant neurological and physical challenges.
