MiniFibers in Johnson City is seeking a dynamic and dedicated part-time Human Resources Manager. This position is ideal for HR professionals seeking flexible hours while maintaining an active and strategic leadership role.

Role Overview

This position will work with the management team to recommend, develop, and implement personnel policies, company procedures, and changes to existing policies and rules. It provides guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and works closely with the leadership team in recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and extending job offers. The role also encompasses tracking attendance and assisting with bi-weekly payroll of approximately 50 employees.

Work Hours

The position will range from 20–30 hours weekly. It may offer some remote hours but is primarily an onsite position with flexibility in the days and hours to report to work. The flexibility of the position offers an opportunity to continue in a management role while working part-time hours that fit your schedule.

Required Skills and Experience

3-5 years as an HR manager or as a senior HR generalist role. Key skills include:

· Ensure regulatory compliance by managing employment and labor law adherence as well as HR Legal compliance

· Employee relations and performance management

· Recruitment and onboarding

· Policy development and compliance

· HR operations and reporting

· Familiarity with payroll functions (timekeeping)

· Management of workers' compensation to ensure compliance
