As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in bringing innovative site development projects to life. Location & Department Department: Civil/Municipal Location: Manassas, VA What You\'ll Do Design impactful solutions: Work alongside a team of engineers to develop comprehensive site plans and utility designs for a diverse range of public and private projects. Master the details: Dive into the intricacies of site layout, grading, and utility design, including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, dry utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control. Elevate your skills: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing your expertise and fostering future talent. Drive projects forward: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution and timely approvals. What You\'ll Need A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2+ years of experience in land development engineeringEIT certification (preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Why Join RDA?
