Social Services Director (Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care)

Make a Meaningful Impact in Long-Term Care Brownsburg Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Social Services Director to lead psychosocial services in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) . This role is ideal for a licensed social worker passionate about resident advocacy, care planning, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a long-term care setting.
