• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students, developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices. You will guide students to achieve their therapeutic goals through personalized interventions.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more, adapted to the unique needs of young clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, safeguarding student confidentiality effectively.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, psychologists, and pediatric psychiatrists, to promote a comprehensive approach to student well-being.

• Participate in regular case consultations, training sessions, and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and staying abreast of best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

• Provide education and support to students and their families regarding mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health, ensuring clients receive the most effective treatment possible.

Your role will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents who are navigating emotional and psychological issues. As an LCSW within a school-based rehabilitation program, you will work directly with students who may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, behavioral challenges, or difficulties adjusting within the school environment. Your ability to understand their unique experiences and develop therapeutic strategies will be vital in fostering their personal growth and resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, highlighting your advanced understanding of social work principles.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
