Aspen Contracting is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our Sales team serving the Joplin and surrounding southwest Missouri market. As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes. No roofing experience required. We'll provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Office Location

Office 117 Springfield Market Report To Office: 904 N Main St, Unit 5 Nixa, MO 65714 Hiring throughout southwest Missouri, including the Springfield, Bolivar, Lebanon, and Joplin areas. Your primary reporting location is the Nixa office. Local travel throughout the assigned market is required.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners, identify exterior restoration opportunities, and guide customers through the process from initial inspection to completed project.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct residential property inspections.
• Identify roofing, siding, and gutter opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
• Prepare estimates and scopes of work.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with internal production teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are: driven, self-motivated, competitive, coachable, goal-oriented, professional, customer-focused, strong communicators, comfortable working independently, comfortable meeting new people. Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Experience in outside sales, retail, automotive, hospitality, customer service, real estate, insurance, or other customer-facing roles can translate well into this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.
