Position Overview

Conflux Systems is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) for a 9-week contract assignment in Camp Hill, PA. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality patient care standards, and leading clinical staff within the facility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven background in nursing management, and experience driving quality outcomes in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services within the facility.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in surveys, audits, and accreditation activities.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
• Address clinical concerns and ensure timely resolution of patient care issues.

Qualifications

✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔ Previous Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or Nurse Leadership experience
✔ Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care preferred
✔ Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
