Multiple Shifts Available

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

We are hiring Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team in Williamsport, MD. This position involves assembling and fabricating HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe into custom fittings and structures using blueprints, measuring tools, and hand tools.

This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Entry-level candidates with construction, production, assembly, fabrication, or hands-on mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

• Fabricate and assemble HDPE pipe components from blueprints and drawings
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials to specification
• Use hand tools and tape measures accurately
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with material handling and moving products throughout the shop
• Work with team members to meet production goals

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic blueprint reading skills preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
• Manufacturing, fabrication, construction, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
