Bogue Animal Hospital is an AAHA -accredited small animal hospital in Wichita, KS is a well-established, full-service practice serving the community for decades. We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinarian to join our collaborative and dedicated team. This is an outstanding opportunity for veterinarians of all experience levels. We welcome new graduates and provide a structured mentorship program that includes shadowing, one-on-one support, and a gradual path to independence. Experienced doctors will enjoy a steady caseload, 30-minute appointment slots, and a workplace culture that values respect, teamwork, and high-quality medicine. Our hospital has had some recent updates to our lobby and exam rooms. The facility includes: Four exam rooms Large surgical suite Spacious treatment area with two wet tables Boarding and grooming services with a fenced play yard Paperlite Equipment & Facilities We are well-equipped to support high-quality medicine, offering: Digital radiography and digital dental radiography Cold laser therapy (Companion Laser) Laser scalpel Central oxygen with Surgivet anesthesia vaporizers and monitoring equipment Team & Culture Our team consists of two full-time veterinarians who are supported by three RVTs. We pride ourselves on maintaining a culture of collaboration, respect, and work-life balance. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, with an average of 15 patients per doctor per day, allowing for personalized care and client communication. Schedule We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. A full-time schedule typically consists of four weekdays with occasional Saturday mornings, while part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply.
