Aerospace Compliance Analyst I (FAR/DFAR)

Sierra Nevada Corp is seeking an Operations Compliance Specialist I to support internal audits, assess controls, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and internal procedures. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in auditing, data reviews, and documenting audit outcomes.
The team works within the IAS area, supporting aerospace and defense initiatives. Candidates should have a related bachelor’s or 0–2 years of experience, with basic FAR/DFAR and CAS familiarity.
