What You'll Bring:

• Proven clinical expertise with at least 2 years of experience in medical/surgical or acute care settings
• Current BLS certification and NIH certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and collaborate with diverse healthcare teams

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications in specialty areas
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of two years' experience in medical/surgical or acute care units
• Prior experience working in fast-paced hospital environments

Other Requirements:

• Candidates must be located outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM, 13-week assignments
• Valid BLS and NIH certifications; ACLS preferred
• Willingness to adapt to shift rotations and participate in ongoing education
• Travel and licensure reimbursements available where applicable
