Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Banking Services Operations Associate II on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Amherst, NY , serving individuals, businesses, and communities across the eastern United States. Known for its strong regional presence, commitment to community engagement, and focus on long-term customer relationships, the organization offers a stable and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting a variety of banking operations functions, including processing transactions, reviewing and validating documentation, performing research, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine inquiries, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and help ensure operational accuracy, quality, and risk management standards are met.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Validate data in preparation for entry to a designated mainframe or computer system.
- Properly secure collateral for the Bank.
- Assist internal and external customers with basic problem resolution.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One or two years relevant work experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Ability to meet production quotas.
Education & Experience Preferred :
- Associates Degree
- Two to three years office experience.
