Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The nurse must demonstrate proficiency in cardiac procedures and technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The position requires adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Participation in continuing education and skills validation is expected. Compliance with health regulations and facility policies is mandatory. Psychiatric or physical health experience may be beneficial. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs is essential. The candidate must engage in lifelong learning to improve patient care outcomes.
