Food and Beverage Assistant Manager - In Room Dining Responsibilities Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in reviewing and maintaining inventory and staffing levels. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Coordinate kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and dish service flows. Qualifications Available to work at least three to five shifts a week. Kitchen experience preferred; not required. Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking.
