Requirements: Minimum 2 years of CNC Machinist experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and precision manufacturing Ability to work with tight tolerances and measurements to the thousandth of an inch Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications Measure and inspect parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and accuracy Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Troubleshoot machining and production issues as they arise Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Benefits: Solid weekly pay, no waiting games.
