Location-Type: Hybrid (Baltimore, MD - 2 days onsite per week)

Start Date Is: July 6, 2026

Duration: 3 Month Contract (Potential Extension to 12 Months)

Compensation Range: $45-55/hr



Job Description:
Seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to support and enhance an established Salesforce environment through automation, data migration, process optimization, integrations, and ongoing system improvements.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and Screen Flows
• Create and update record types, fields, validation rules, and automations
• Develop reports, dashboards, and monitoring solutions
• Support data migrations, mapping, and cleanup initiatives
• Modify existing workflows and automate manual business processes
• Create triggers and system-driven actions based on business requirements
• Support API integrations with external platforms and data sources
• Monitor system health and identify opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Execute backlog items independently within short sprint cycles
• Document enhancements, configurations, and automation processes

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 2-3 years of Salesforce Development and Administration experience
  • Hands-on experience building Flows, Screen Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Reports, and Automations
  • Experience working within Salesforce Lightning environments
  • Experience supporting data migrations, field mapping, and system cleanup initiatives
  • Familiarity with complex Salesforce organizations including managed packages and deprecated objects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and configuration
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Airtable experience
  • Airtable-to-Salesforce integration experience
  • API integration experience
  • Experience supporting nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations
  • Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
  • Bi-directional data synchronization experience between business platforms
