Responsibilities Include Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features Assisting with financing options and purchase paperwork Following up with customers to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction Learning product knowledge, dealership processes, and sales techniques through training Using CRM tools to track customer interactions and opportunities Supporting business development through phone, text, and email outreach Coordinating vehicle delivery and registration processes What We’re Looking For This opportunity is ideal for someone who is: Motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment Positive, outgoing, and coachable Comfortable working a fast-paced schedule Customer-focused with strong communication skills Goal-oriented and eager to grow professionallyAble to use basic computer systems and technology Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed in a commission-based environment Preferred Experience While automotive sales experience is not required, candidates with experience in the following industries are encouraged to apply: Retail sales Hospitality (restaurants, hotels, entertainment, or customer-facing service roles) Banking or financial services Cell phone or wireless sales Insurance sales Real estate Business development or customer service positions #J-18808-Ljbffr Cavender Auto Family
