We are looking for an experienced regional operating healthcare executive to drive results across our newest center and local footprint without losing the operational and regulatory rigor that makes performance durable. Position Overview The role holds accountability for the performance of Oath's regional portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers — Oath Platform integration, financial results, operational execution, regulatory standing, surgeon satisfaction, and growth. This is not a corporate oversight role that reviews reports from a distance; you are an integral extension of the Oath Platform. You own the region's results. You are in the Centers. You know the surgeons by name and you know what their block utilization looked like last month. You develop and hold accountable the team members who run each facility, you sit at the table with physician partners and governing bodies, and you are a principal voice in how the region performs and grows. Supported by a cross-functional team of seasoned operating leaders, surgeon network development executives, value based care and payor contracting specialists and leveraging Oath’s unique fully integrated technology model, you will be a critical translator of wisdom, resources and tools to drive value creation at Oath East and across the region. Your performance will be measured against three priorities: surgeon success, growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Leveraging the unique strengths of the Oath Platform, own the initial ramp of our latest Oath East facility as well as the regional P&L. Drive operational excellence across our regional surgery center portfolio by implementing a rigorous, data-driven operating rhythm that balances regulatory compliance with high-performance metrics. As a hands-on leader, you will be the primary engine for financial stability and process standardization, ensuring our centers operate with precision while enabling seamless surgeon success. Surgeon Success: Become the primary operational advocate for our surgeons, removing friction to ensure a seamless, high-performance clinical experience. You will transform physician feedback into operational reality and OathOS product insights, helping to build the deep trust and ease of practice that supports Oath surgeon success and regional growth. Growth: Drive regional expansion by building high-impact surgeon partnerships and capturing new market opportunities. Supported by the Oath Platform, you will accelerate the full growth lifecycle—from pipeline development to volume realization—to cement Oath’s position as the market’s premier surgical partner. Talent and Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing leadership bench to scale regional excellence. You will set the operational standard for every center while serving as a key strategic voice in shaping the future of the Oath enterprise. Who you Are Required Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related healthcare and business field strongly preferred Minimum 7 years of progressive ASC or outpatient operations leadership, including at least 3 years with accountability for more than one facility or for a large, high-volume multi-specialty or complex center Demonstrated P&L ownership with measurable, verifiable financial results — growth, margin improvement, or turnaround Direct experience with joint venture and physician ownership structures and governing body reporting, state licensure requirements, and accreditation standards Proven surgeon relations track record — recruitment, retention, and conflict resolution with physician owners Preferred CASC (Certified Administrator Surgery Center) credential, or willingness to obtain Experience scaling operational standards and reporting across multiple facilities Familiarity with the Oregon regulatory environment and the Portland surgical market What We Offer Pace and Precision : A culture of speed, precision and operational excellence where high-performers are given the autonomy to drive real growth outcomes.
