Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
- Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
- Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
- Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
- Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
- Provide mentoring and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistant(s).

Requirements:
Must have:
- A current Texas Physical Therapy license
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- BLS/CPR license
- Pediatric and supervision experience is preferred but not required
