Director of Health Research

To lead impactful health research initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Health Research will build strong client relationships, design and manage research projects, and develop high-performance teams while driving business growth in the healthcare sector. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and delivering value through research projects Lead and develop high-performance teams by promoting inclusivity, providing feedback, and fostering talent growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging insights to expand client relationships and drive account growth Required qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in market research within the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Demonstrated success in managing and developing direct reports over multiple years Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
