Requirements: ADN, 1+ year critical care experience, AHA ACLS, BLS
Ratios: ICU 1:2, IMC 1:3–1:4
Skills: Ventilator management, critical drip titration, cardiac monitoring, ABG interpretation
Patient Population: Sepsis, DKA, COPD exacerbation, CVA
Fit: Team player
