Supervisory Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff Oversee the daily workflow of the department Provide constructive performance evaluations Handle discipline and termination of employees Duties/Responsibilities Determine appropriate security officers for specific sites Oversee the evaluation process for security officers and supervisors Visit clients regularly to address any site issues Ensure wage costs align with budgeted objectives Devise training regimens and site orders Supports sales efforts by participating with business development in generating market awareness Required Skills/Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively High level of integrity and fairness in decision-making Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent At least two years of related experience Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, driving, and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds Founded in 1991 in Los Angeles, SSA Security Group, Inc. is a locally operated, full service security company, providing patrols in specific LA-based neighborhoods.
