CNA / HHA Day Shift Caregiver (8AM–4PM)

Right at Home Tallahassee is actively hiring CNAs and HHAs for day shift caregiving positions (8AM–4PM) providing one-on-one in-home care to seniors.

If you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or experienced caregiver looking for consistent daytime hours with a supportive team, we would love to meet you.

CNA & HHA Benefits

• $15–$18 per hour starting pay + weekly pay
• Day shift schedule: 8AM–4PM
• $1 weekend shift differential
• Mileage reimbursement when transporting clients
• Paid travel time between client visits

CNA / HHA Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Support seniors with daily living activities to remain safe at home

CNA / HHA Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license OR Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (40-hour minimum)
• Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
• Physical Social Security card
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass AHCA Level II background screening
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week
