The kids are amazing, and the team truly feels like a family."Job Type: Physical Therapist part-time positions available and can be combined into a full-time position.Base Pay Rate:Part Time Salary: $54.81 - $76.96/per client hour. Based on experience.What You'll Love as a Part Time Therapists (less than 30 hours/week):Flexible work arrangement- choose your ideal schedule.Matching retirement.Paid sick time, unpaid time off for holidays and vacation.Continuing educational assistance and Professional Development opportunities.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Interdisciplinary meetings.Bilingual Incentive Program: 2-5% increase in base salary, determined on frequency of use.What You'll Need:Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.State of Oregon Physical Therapy License.CPR certification.Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.Ability to utilize a play-based approach.Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.What You'll Do:Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.Collaborate with members of the clients care team.Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.Who We Are:We're a nonprofit pediatric clinic that's been supporting Oregon families for over 35 years.
