Telecom Field Quality Control Leader

VCI Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager for telecom infrastructure projects. The role leads a field QC team, develops and executes QCPs, and coordinates inspections across trenching, fiber placement, splicing, and restoration to ensure client standards and codes are met.
