About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance and Administration to join its team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, technology, and business operations, particularly within a nonprofit environment. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, strategic thinking, and the execution of all finance, technology, and business operations priorities. The VP will be responsible for leading all accounting and financial reporting, overseeing the annual budget process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves supervising the finance, technology, and operations teams, and providing leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance and Administration position at the company should be energetic, collaborative, and proactive, with a proven track record in financial and operational oversight. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a CPA, MAC, or MBA. A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the mission of the company, be adept at problem-solving, and possess superior management and communication skills. Experience with Quickbooks Online is required, and familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems is a plus.
