To learn more about our company, our history and our portfolio please see our website Job Description We are looking for a visionary to expand the role and responsibility of our Media & Communications department and overhaul our digital presence. Supplier Communications and Relations Liaison for our winery & import partners to orchestrate market visits, product launches, sales meeting presentations and educational seminars. Responsible for our Master Sales Force Calendar planning market visits including monthly evaluation reports to our Executive Team. Work with our team of Marketing Managers on assigning winery representatives with our sales force to work the Illinois market to ensure seamless collaboration in the exclusive three tier system. Annual Gala Event, Wine Tastings, exclusive Wine Dinners, Customer Lunches and invite only Meet & Greet Events. Integral involvement in the planning, communicating and coordinating of our winery & import partners participating in our exclusive events. Work side by side with our team of Marketing Managers on all facets of our events from the planning phase all the way thru participating as needed. As our Social Media Specialist you take ownership of our social media presence (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) including recruiting and coordinate other staff members interested in assisting with social media brainstorming, planning and execution. Act as Steward of our digital presence by ensuring accurate and relevant website content (copy, images, and videos). Liaison with local Hotels for events and lodging to further our relationships. Independently manage inbound website communication and forward to responsible in house staff for execution. General Sales & Marketing Support as needed (Assist Executives, Managers and Sales Force with various tasks and communications). Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites (must be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Ability to work within tight deadlines, able to prioritize tasks and apply focused efforts. Strong communication, reporting, organizational, writing and oral communication skills. Entrepreneurial attitude and able to effectively work in cross-functional teams. We are looking for a self-driven team player!
