Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary The Merchandising Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, store presentation, and back-of-house organization. This role helps maintain a positive customer experience by processing, replenishing, and presenting merchandise according to company standards. Responsibilities Receive and process merchandise, deliver it to departments, and replenish products as needed. Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas. Process transfers, customer sends, vendor returns, markdowns, and related tasks. Respond to customer needs, assist on the sales floor, and follow asset protection procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment. Strong time management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
