Drivers Average $1120 Weekly - and it gets better Driver Positions Pay Weekly Hourly Pay: $28.00 Per Hour Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week Hotel & Meals Provided for overnights Schedule: Monday – Friday; Some Weekends Start Time: 7:00 AM Deliver SOLOTo:Local, OR, WA, and ID Route: Day and Night runs available. 26' Straight Truck Equipment: Pallet Jack, Lift Gate, Stair Crawlers and Tablet Freight: Touch – Copy Machines Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide. Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience Pass a Ryder Drug Test Must have verifiable driving experience (*must be in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck): 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years' experience within the last 10 years Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Must have a valid driver’s license Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures Notice To Applicants Holding a CDL This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates who possess a valid Commercial Drivers License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including but not limited to, pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query. Responsibilities This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle within and requires compliance with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
