Exciting Opportunity for Critical Care Registered Nurses!

Job Description:


- Provide exceptional care to patients suffering from severe medical issues including heart attacks, strokes, shock, severe trauma, and respiratory distress.
- Assess patients' conditions and create tailored care plans.
- Treat wounds and deliver advanced life support with compassion and expertise.
- Assist physicians during critical procedures and interventions.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper function of ventilators, monitors, and medical equipment, adjusting settings as needed.
- Administer intravenous fluids and medications with precision.
- Perform suctioning and other necessary interventions as required.
- Collaborate effectively with the critical care team, sharing insights and strategies.
- Respond to life-saving situations, adhering to nursing standards and protocols.
- Advocate for patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their journey.
- Care for patients in both pre- and post-operative settings, if applicable.
- Engage in case management and policy-making efforts when necessary.
- Participate in administrative duties that support the overall function of the unit.

Facility Requirements:


- Must have ACLS & BLS certifications (attach to submission - must be through the American Heart Association).
- Must possess a Texas RN or multi-state RN license (attach to resume).
