Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Relocation Required)
About the Opportunity
ChenMed is seeking an Associate Market Clinical Director (AMCD) to provide physician leadership across three primary care centers in the St. Louis market. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead within a fully capitated, value-based care model focused on improving outcomes for medically complex senior populations.
Position Highlights
- 80% administrative / 20% clinical
- Oversight of 3 centers within the St. Louis market
- Multi-site physician leadership responsibility
- Focus on quality outcomes, population health, physician development, and operational performance
- Fully value-based, capitated Medicare Advantage model
- No nights, weekends, or call
- Strong clinical and operational support structure
- Opportunity to mentor and develop physicians and clinical leaders
- Mission-driven organization serving underserved senior populations
- Reports to Regional Clinical Operations Officer, Dr. German Rodriguez
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $325,000–$350,000
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to 30%
- Target Year-One Earnings: $400,000+

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Prior physician and/or APP leadership experience preferred
- Experience in value-based care, population health, quality improvement, or chronic disease management strongly preferred
- Active medical license (or ability to obtain Missouri licensure)
- Relocation to St. Louis market required
