POSITION SUMMARY:

• Develop and execute internal and external communications supporting healthcare policy, advocacy, payer relationships, revenue cycle, and payer contracting initiatives.
• Partner with operations, physician leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare and policy topics into clear, audience-focused communications.
• Support communications for patients, clients, payers, policymakers, and healthcare organizations, including CMS and HHS.
• Assist with communication planning, strategy, content development, and execution while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Support emerging initiatives related to Mosaic AI, healthcare advocacy, and policy while contributing to broader Brand Experience team goals.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Three or more years of professional communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related experience with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent storytelling and content development capabilities with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting corporate or professional services communications, organizational change, employee communications, or marketing communications preferred with up to 10% travel as needed.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
