High Level Statement of the Role:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for daily shipping transactions, receiving materials from incoming and moving products from production line to shipping area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Use documents and computer system to perform shipping transactions to accurately process materials.

·         Perform inventory transactions, production report auditing, and material expediting to schedule.

·         Assist loading trailer when needed.

·         Removing supplier defective materials from system.

·         Assist in the incoming inspection of material.

·         Back up general duties of material handler when needed.

·         Keep work space and equipment clean and well organized.

·         Perform proper preventive maintenance as required on any equipment being used.

·         Forklift experience of 2 years or more

·         Minimum of 4 weeks on the job training
