As a Sales & Leasing Consultant you will:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience rooted in transparency, trust, and genuine enthusiasm
• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicles with energy and pride, clearly explaining features and benefits
• Manage the full sales and leasing process from start to finish in a smooth, low-pressure way
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Take full advantage of ongoing professional development and mentorship to accelerate your growth and earnings

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, professional attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent verbal communication and natural people skills

• Punctuality and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

No previous car sales experience required. We provide paid, comprehensive training for the right candidates.
