What You'll Be Doing

You'll work remotely with individuals and families connected to established labor unions, associations, and other member-based organizations.

Your role will include:

• Meeting with members and families virtually through Zoom
• Reviewing the benefits available through their organization
• Explaining benefit and coverage options
• Identifying the needs of each household
• Helping families select appropriate benefit plans
• Completing follow-up when necessary
• Following our established presentation and enrollment process
• Participating in team training and coaching
• Working directly with leadership to improve your skills
• Collaborating with teammates throughout the week

You are never expected to know everything immediately.

Questions are encouraged, coaching is ongoing, and leadership is available to help you develop.

Training & Development

New representatives are not simply given material and expected to teach themselves.
