Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & Insight Development:

  • Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and tailored recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for clients and internal teams.

• Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams including sales marketing and operations to address client needs with comprehensive solutions.
  • Communicate progress insights and updates to cross-functional teams for alignment and clarity.

• Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the creation of strategic plans and client-specific initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and advise clients on opportunities and challenges.

• Problem Solving:

  • Address escalations and resolve client challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Present innovative solutions to complex issues ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Marketing Economics or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. MBA CFA) are a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management consulting or analytical roles.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in account management and cultivating client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and apply actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
