An established, four-physician urology team in Southern Oregon is expanding to meet rising patient demand. Attached to a major Level II trauma center serving a regional population of 600,000, the practice offers access to four daVinci robotic systems and robust APP support from five advanced practice providers.

Practice & Surgical Highlights:

• State-of-the-Art Suite: Modern clinic featuring 20 exam/procedure rooms, four distinct patient pods, and three specialized negative pressure rooms.
• Advanced Technology: Access to four daVinci robotic systems, 20 modernized ORs (including a hybrid OR), and dedicated prostate probe fusion biopsy equipment.
• Elite Support Staff: True 2:1 MA-to-physician ratios and a dedicated three-person surgery scheduling team.
• Burnout Prevention: Q4, but growing to Q6. A dedicated "on-call PA" handles daytime ER/inpatient consults, and a weekend PA covers morning rounding to dramatically reduce physician burden.

Compensation & Benefits

• Years 1 & 2 Guarantee: 650,000, utilizing the higher of the guarantee or wRVU production from Day 1.
• Year 3+ Earning Potential: 100% wRVU production model with a realistic earning potential of 738,934+ based on achievable targets.
• Bonuses & Perks: 75,000 sign-on bonus, up to 15,000 relocation assistance, and a 10% annual quality bonus.
