Home Health Registered NurseLocation: Davenport, FLAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day Shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00).Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient assessments, care planning, and medication management while ensuring compliance with safety and care standards.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.Administer medications and monitor patient responses.Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.Utilize various adaptive devices and assistive equipment as needed.Ensure patient safety and injury prevention during home visits.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and services provided.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.State Registered Nurse license or compact license required.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.OASIS training preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.COVID-19 vaccination or exemption form on file, as well as a flu shot.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
