Position Summary

The Materials Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring material availability while meeting inventory, cost, and service level objectives to support internal and external customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and procure materials to support customer and production requirements.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Develop demand forecasts and support the S&OP process.
• Manage backorders, purchase orders, and special procurement requests.
• Support import/export and intercompany purchasing activities.
• Coordinate material status updates with Production, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs, including Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Days, and Forecast Accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Advanced SAP MM experience (required).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency .
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
