Family Physician: Impactful Primary Care, Flexible Hours
Community Health Centers
Community Health Centers in Florida seeks a dedicated physician to provide outpatient primary care services, including preventive care, acute and chronic management, and clinical evaluation. You will adhere to CHC policies, work with care teams, maintain documentation in EHR, participate in quality initiatives, and rotate to other centers as needed. A DEA license and BLS certification are required, and residency in Family Practice is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
